ConversiyaLive provides hosted analytics software on a subscription basis. Features available depend on the selected plan.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must have a lawful basis for collecting data on your websites and must not send sensitive personal data such as payment card numbers or health information.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the dashboard and collection endpoints. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
